Anytime we need them they are always there to assist and we appreciate them so much! We don’t plan to move in the near future and more than likely will upgrade when we are ready. "As far as the actual apartment goes, our place is huge, especially for the price. We're on the top floor and can't hear anything except the huge native seagull population. We've got nice views from all three of our balconies (even better from the roof), and we use the hot tub all the time."
